Not only is that contrary to the way the arc modes are used even on complete circles, but it makes zero sense that they would accept G2/G3 at all, and not use it as intended. But I seriously doubt that your control only uses G2/G3 for complete circles. IF you'd pay attention to your options in CB, it's quite easy to turn the arc modes off, and use small line segments to 'simulate' curves. HOW can we help you, unless you give us the answers we need to know? You keep whining, but you have NOT provided a copy of or link to your manual, you have NOT provided us with a copy of your CB file that is failing, and you have not answered any of the questions you've been asked. They do not accept work with poor accuracy! I do devices for explosives companies and the military with CamBam. " The problem is the accuracy of CAMBAM."Įxcuse me, because I almost always try to be helpful, but - THAT IS PURE BS! It's quite obvious you know nothing about CAM systems.ĬamBam can produce designs of greater accuracy than most machines will EVER be able to replicate. Circle: Center 15,150 Diameter 200Ĭan someone tell me how I can solve this? I have passed the coordinates of the Gcode to autocad, and I have verified that the curve does not really pass through the points. I have tried making a circle and it gives me the same error. Circulo.nc:14:Arc radiuses differ by 94.4935 I have tried putting Gcode in a simulator (CAMotics), and I also get an error: When I put it in my CNC (tekna 429), I get an error saying that the radius is incorrect. The problem is that when the program generates the Gcode, the G2 and G3 do not do it well. I just started using it and I have some problems. I’ve got all the CAD CAM and other supporting software’s on two computers as back up reasons. For some time I was looking for a program like this. So I am hunting for the next CAm program - I think I’ll give this a go as I read the documentation on their site and it does look good and promising - also, not too expensive once things get - you might want to look into this one, if you’re still on the - I do like EstleCAM - I’m just getting frustrated in going from computer to computer trying other ways to troubleshoot the problems. So I am wondering if I have overstayed my welcome to EstlCAM for not buying the license yet and it is being stubborn.

Nothing seems to work to get a circular file to load and get CAM’d up and ready to cut. So with this, EstlCAM isn’t reading my DXF files coming from my CAD - I’ve played with the lines, layers types, exploding, etc. I’m just a simple house plan type and 2d drawing type. I have run into an end with EstleCAM - I use AutoCAD 2014 - which I own - so I’m not about to upgrade just yet - and won’t if I can avoid it - I’m not designing the newest in structural architecture - so new bells and whistles don’t concern me.
